Founded in 1942, Stockholmsmassan is the largest exhibition centre in the Nordic region. The fairgrounds cover a total of 112,000 sq metres. There are 70,000 sq metres of versatile event space with 10 functional halls and 80 meeting rooms. Over the years, the venue has been expanded and renovated several times with regard to sustainable development. Stockholmsmassan uses renewable energy sources, recycles 95% of the accumulated waste and even has rooftop beehives.

The fairgrounds are adjacent to Alvsjo Railway Station, connecting the venue to major cities in Sweden and abroad via direct links to the central station and Stockholm Arlanda Airport. In addition, Stockholm has an efficient public transport system, which permits visitors of the city to easily reach all points of interest.

Stockholmsmassan hosts national and international events in a variety of sectors . Formex, the trade fair for gifts and accessories, is among the upcoming events.
